ARTICLE I ELECTION OF MEMBERS
SECTION 1 Applicants for regular membership shall be elected to membership in SPORTCASTUSA upon recommendation of the Membership Committee and approval of the Board of Directors.
SECTION 2 Candidates for Honorary membership shall be nominated by the Board of Directors and elected by the majority of the members present at a general business meeting.
SECTION 3 Applicants for membership must agree that if elected to membership they will abide by the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of SPORTCASTUSA.
ARTICLE II DUTIES & PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERSHIP
SECTION 1 Members of SPORTCASTUSA are obligated to further the purposes and objectives of SPORTCASTUSA.
SECTION 2 Only regular members shall be privileged to vote at elections and on issues pertaining to the business of SPORTCASTUSA.
SECTION 3 Members of SPORTCASTUSA may display the emblem and motto providing approval is first given by the Board of Directors.
ARTICLE III INITIATION FEES AND DUES
SECTION 1 The initiation fee for regular membership shall be determined yearly and should not exceed $25.00. Initiation fees shall be in addition to dues and full payment of initiation fees must accompany application for membership. Full refund of initiation fees will be made to the applicant in the event his application for membership is denied.
SECTION 2 Membership dues are payable annually.
SECTION 3 The amount of annual dues shall be determined by the Board of Directors.
SECTION 4 Annual dues are payable in full within thirty (30) days following the beginning of each fiscal year.
SECTION 5 A member failing to pay annual dues within thirty (30) days following the beginning of each fiscal year shall be denied all privileges, voting and otherwise, normally associated with membership in SPORTCASTUSA.
SECTION 6 A member failing to pay annual dues within sixty (60) days following the beginning of each fiscal year shall have his name dropped from SPORTCASTUSA membership role.
SECTION 7 Former members and/or members dropped from the membership role may apply for reinstatement of membership in SPORTCASTUSA by first forwarding their written and signed request for reinstatement of membership to the Chairperson of the Membership Committee.
SECTION 8 Reinstatement of membership in SPORTCASTUSA will be granted only upon recommendation by the Membership Committee and approval by the Board of Directors
SECTION 9 Initiation fees for members and reinstated members may be waived at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
ARTICLE IV TRANSFER OF MEMBERSHIP
SECTION 1 Membership in SPORTCASTUSA may not be transferred for any reason.
ARTICLE V BUSINESS MEETINGS
SECTION 1 Business meetings will be held at a location, time and date set by the President with agreement of the Board of Directors.
SECTION 2 Members will be given fifteen (15) days advance notice of all business meetings; such notice will include the location, time and date of the meeting.
ARTICLE VI GENERAL MEETING
SECTION 1 General meetings will be held at least at the discretion of the President and will be open to members and guests of members.
SECTION 2 Members will be given sixty (60) days advance notice of all general meetings; such notice will include the location, time and date of the meeting.
ARTICLE VII FISCAL YEAR
SECTION 1 The fiscal year of SPORTCASTUSA shall be from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
SECTION 2 Annual reports or statements of the Secretary and Treasurer shall cover the fiscal year.

Other reports or statements shall be prepared at such other times as determined by the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE VIII DUTIES OF OFFICERS & COMMITTEES
SECTION 1 The duties of officers shall be those which usually pertain to such officers.
SECTION 2 The Executive Committee shall consist of the officers of SPORTCASTUSA. The duties of the Executive Committee shall be to carry out the policies and programs of SPORTCASTUSA as approved by the Board of Directors. The Executive Committee will review SPORTCASTUSA Annual Budget prior to its presentation to the Board of Directors.
SECTION 3 The duties of standing committees are such as defined by their titles or as defined by the Board of Directors.
SECTION 4 The Membership Committee shall work to increase the membership of SPORTCASTUSA.
SECTION 5 The Budget and Finance Committee shall prepare and publish annual financial reports and prepare annual budgets for review by the Executive Committee.
ARTICLE IX EMBLEM AND MOTTO
SECTION 1 The emblem and motto of SPORTCASTUSA shall be copyrighted and at all times under the control of SPORTCASTUSA. The privilege of the use of the emblem and motto shall be restricted to members and may be withdrawn by the Board of Directors.
ARTICLE X DISSOLUTION
SECTION 1 SPORTCASTUSA shall use its funds only to accomplish the objectives and purposes as specified in the Articles of Incorporation. No part of SPORTCASTUSA funds shall inure to or be distributed to or among any members of SPORTCASTUSA.
SECTION 2 In the event of dissolution or discontinuance of SPORTCASTUSA, the Board of Directors shall transfer funds, monies and other possessions of SPORTCASTUSA to a similar national or local non-profit organization.
SECTION 3 In the event that such a-national or local organization is non-existent, the board of Directors shall then transfer all funds, monies or other possessions to one or more charitable, educational or scientific organizations.
ARTICLE XI PARLIMENTARY RULES
SECTION 1 Robert's Rules of Order shall decide all questions in debates or proceedings of SPORTCASTUSA, provided that they do not conflict with the SPORTCASTUSA Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.
ARTICLE XII AMENDMENTS
SECTION 1 These By-Laws may be altered, suspended or new By-Laws adopted by a vote of two-thirds (2/3) of SPORTCASTUSA membership providing due notice of such intent has been given to the entire membership at least sixty (60) days in advance of the vote to change such By-Laws with the approval of the Board of Directors.
